Guyue HU


About

I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Anhui University (AHU). Prior to this position, I was a Research Fellow at MReaL lab, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), working closely with Prof. Hanwang Zhang. Before that, I was also a Research Fellow at CVML group, National University of Singapore (NUS), working closely with Prof. Angela Yao. I received my PhD degree from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), advised by Prof. Shan Yu. I was awarded with the "XX Program of Anhui Province (Youth Talents Program)".

My research interests lie in computer vision, multimedia understanding, brain-inspired intelligence, AI4Sciences. In particular, I am focusing on vision & language, video understanding, human-centric activity analysis, and medical image processing.
